Marcin gained his experience while working for a number of years for top international and Polish law firms. He advises clients from a wide range of sectors including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, financial services and real estate.
Marcin has significant experience in complex legal services (corporate, competition & compliance) for international and domestic clients. The Paczewski Legal team ensures comprehensive legal assistance to businesses, including tax, employment and regulatory issues.
He creates and implements effective competition compliance programs and conducts regular competition compliance workshops for businesses. Marcin graduated from the Faculty of Law at Warsaw University. He is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw. Marcin is a member of the Competition Law Association and has taken part in the legislative works on Polish competition law legal framework.
